the secluded beachfront offered stunning views, perfect for nature lovers seeking tranquility. the room was clean and comfortable with a private bathroom, but the lack of housekeeping during our 3-night stay was disappointing. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short on services like a decent breakfast, with cold and uninspiring options lacking fresh ingredients. the staff seemed unhelpful, unable to accommodate simple requests like room changes or fresh towels. the beachfront location was a highlight, providing a sense of calm away from the city's hustle and bustle. the sea view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to unwind and connect with nature. Roxy Telok Serabang offers potential for a peaceful retreat, but improvements in service quality and amenities are necessary for a more enjoyable stay. Consider bringing your own supplies and dining options if you choose to visit this serene but somewhat lacking destination.
